Booking Information: -

· The wheelhouse  is geared ideally for ten people, the Mill sixteen

· Exclusive of electricity, logs, and water bills (summer approx £15pw total, winter £30pw), meter readings are taken on arrival and on leaving. Bedding will be provided, this is compulsory and will be at charge of £5 per bed. (this covers cost of local person washing, ironing, and changing beds, and makes for small amount towards periodic replacement of linen.) Payment for this will come out of cleaning deposit paid, do not send separate cheque.[Click here for full details]

· The week runs Friday to Friday, 2:30pm arrival, depart by 09:30am. This does not apply low season when dates can be negotiated.

· A £50 per week per dwelling cancellation deposit (min £100) is payable on booking which is returned if the week(s) are subsequently re-booked.

· Full payment is due eight weeks before departure.

· Deposit of £100 per dwelling is also payable with balance, which is returned (less bills & bedding/linen payment) on confirmation that place was left clean and tidy as per instructions. Keys lost will be charged for.
