Four good sized bedrooms (Rm1 - 2 x Double beds, Rm2 - Double bed + Single bed, Rm3 - Double Bed, Rm4 - 4 x Singles{2 pairs bunks}).Quilts, pillows & covers provided for up to12 people. New for 2009 – Extended mountain bike trails and walks within six acre grounds, including scenic paths by the stream, with jumps and twists to entertain the children.

Large double height Galleried lounge/dining area with exposed original 18th century oak beams and traditional style log burning stove

Large fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer machine etc.)

Bathroom & shower room each with WC.

Video & DVD Players, UK Satellite TV (Large Widescreen) system (for non encrypted UK TV and radio channels e.g. BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky News, Channel5, Cartoon Channel, Radio 5 etc). 2nd small TV and video in one bedroom.

Garden furniture, stone barbeque, decking area with furniture round 10m x 5m oval heated pool (high spec heating system shown bottom thumbnail, photo is actually of Mill set-up, but is identical wheelhouse one), table tennis room (in double garage) with table that can be moved outside.
